Kelly Olshan '15

Kelly Olshan ’15 received a BFA in Painting from UNC Asheville, where she graduated Valedictorian, and went on to earn her MA in Arts Administration from Columbia University. 
Her master’s thesis focused on professional development training for arts graduates, and was published in the Journal of Arts Management, Law, & Society. Professionally, she has held in various roles in programming and publishing at Americans for the Arts, Creative Capital, Art21, and Artforum. A NYC-based artist and arts administrator, she currently serves as Queens Council on the Arts’ Artist Commissioning Coordinator, where she manages a new program that administers fiscal and professional development support to artists and arts enthusiasts. In her spare time, she consults for practicing artists and tutors in writing and English.
